Weight Training Sessions

Coach Dave is now offering 1-on-1 Weight Training Sessions for players that are interested in building their strength. Coach Dave will work with the player to design a program that fits the player's current fitness level and goals. Personal Weight Training sessions are limited in availability and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
